The Chill Zone

Weekdays from 6pm to 7pm we have our Chill Zone, with sessions of yoga, taichi / chi kung, meditation, mindfulness, reiki and much more

We have some amazing local practitioners coming to share their skills and experience to help us learn to chill-out, de-stress, and take a step on the way to spiritual nirvana.

Most of the sessions run weekdays from 6-7pm at 'The Den' in Stubbins, but we also have sessions running elsewhere, including Yoga4Men at Ramsbottom Cricket Club. For other stuff we can point you in the direction of some of our friends such as Evolving Fitness, The Chakra Rooms and more.

Wednesday 6-7pm Chi Kung (Tai Chi)

Thursday 6-7pm Mindfulness Meditation

Friday 6-7pm Chill-out Yoga
