Manchester-based 'We Are Survivors' has a 24/7 confidential helpline: 0800 500 2222 and a really really informative website: https://wearesurvivors.org.uk.

Respect men's support line is 0808 801 0327, and is available Monday to Friday 9am-8pm. Their website is https://mensadviceline.org.uk.

In addition there is the ManKind Initiative who provide support from 10am to 4pm on weekdays via their helpline number: 01823 334244. Their website is a mine of useful information.
